June from The Small Farm will be hosting a cheese making class. Bring a date/partner and let’s learn to make mozzarella and burrata cheeses.
While these three cheeses are quick to make, you’ll be sure to impress others with your ability to make up some cheeses in a flash using just a few basic ingredients.
Work with your date/partner to learn the process of cheesemaking, and enjoy a glass of wine (or two) with your freshly made cheese.
Tickets are $125/couple. This price includes cheese making/tasting and a glass of wine (of your choice) for you and your guest.
Class only holds 6 couples, so hurry and grab your spot.
